Warnings
• Follow preparation instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.
• Prepare each bottle individually. Formula left in the bottle after a feed must be discharged.
• Reminder: Always hold baby while feeding, leaving baby unattended may cause choking.

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: Organic lactose (milk), organic vegetable oils, organic skimmed milk powder, organic whey protein (milk), organic maltodextrin, minerals (calcium citrate, potassium chloride, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, magnesium chloride , ferrous sulphate, sodium chloride, zinc sulphate, copper sulphate, manganese sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate), omega LCPUFAs (DHA from fish oil, AA), soy lecithin, glucose syrup, vitamins [sodium ascorbate (vit C), calcium pantothenate (vit B5), niacinamide (niacin), dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vit E), thiamine mononitrate (vit B1), retinyl acetate (vit A), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit B6), folic acid, phylloquinone (vit K1), biotin, cholecalciferol (vit D3), cyanocobalamine (vit B12)], choline bitartrate, inositol, maltodextrin, acidity regulator (citric acid), culture (Bifidus), antioxidants (mixed tocopherols concentrate, ascorbyl palmitate).

Directions
Wash your hands before preparing baby’s formula. Wash bottle, teat and cap thoroughly until no milk remains. Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes, allow to cool. Consult feeding table on the can, pour exact amount of lukewarm water (40°C) into boiled bottle. Only use scoop from this can and level using inner rim. Consult feeding table, add exact number of level scoops for age of baby. After use, store scoop on suspension inside the can. Cap bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. FEED IMMEDIATELY.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Close lid tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place. Use contents within 4 weeks of opening. Contents may settle.
